幽靈人口罪的憲法法庭之友意見書，以及一些雜感

很久沒有更新了

大概是去年年末，蘇彥圖老師幫法律所的法實證中心接了一個外務，就是要在今年四月初出示一份憲法法庭之友意見書給憲法法庭，因為憲法法庭要對於《刑法》第146條第二項的「幽靈人口投票罪」召開言詞辯論。於是乎，撰寫這份法庭之友意見書的工作，便從過年連假一路做到了清明連假。

    惜字亭，又稱敬字亭。

    ​古時文人尊重文字，不忍詩書被隨意丟棄而建之，集中後加以焚化。我雖非古人，但身為一名書寫的練習者，亦希望能將自己散落各處的文字好好蒐集紀錄。
